CASL Registration
Team Roster | Waiver Release | Group Waivers
A $250.00 deposit is required to secure a team in any league. Returning teams always have the first right of refusal so it is wise to get your deposit in and be first on the waiting list. If we for any reason cannot get your team into the league, we will return your full deposit.
Deposits may be made over the phone by credit card or in person any day of the week. CASL does not accept personal checks.
Below are some forms to assist you with formulating your team. The roster sheet will help you organize your players. Each player must complete a waiver and obtain a CASL ID Card prior to their first game. ID Cards are valid for one year and must be purchase in our office for $20.00. To expedite the process, players may download the Waiver form, complete both sides and bring it into our office 20 minutes prior to game time to obtain their ID Card.
